We are proud to have been breeding the Papillons for 20 years. We ONLY breed the Papillons and believe
that when you breed multiple breeds you cannot do full justice to either.
I spent 4 years as a cruelty agent for the Ontario Humane Society and in doing so have alienated a number
of other breeders. I don't care. I will continue to work towards the care and rescue of all breeds of dogs
and cats (and others). We have created a charity called the Ride 4 Pets and the event raises the money to
help the private rescue groups. We are proud to say that ALL the money raised by the event goes to help

www.ride4pets.org. We are into our 6th year and have a terrific record behind us of animals and groups
that we have assisted.
We are steadfast in the saying "if you don't rescue, don't breed". We have on a number of occasions ended
up rescuing (buying back) other breeder's paps that have been left in situations to die. They have since
been placed free of charge in good agility and pet homes where they live out their lives being pampered.
We used to be on a farm but have had to move into town for the first time due to a sad death in the family.
Our dogs are our house pets and do NOT live in out buildings but are an integral part of our family. They are
now learning to ride on the new bike so that they can take turns accompanying us on rides.
To have a pap in your life is to have absolute love and joy in your life. Like any dog it is always of great
benefit to take your pup to school. I have taught obedience for the Caledon Kennel Assoc for almost 10
years now as a volunteer and always recommend training your dog. A well trained and socialized pet is an
asset to your home. A spoiled brat will bring you heartache whether the dog is big or small.
We used to show our dogs extensively and were awarded a number of top breeder awards but now prefer
to sell our better dogs and let the buyers go that route if they so desire. The show ring can be full of
nastiness and hate. Life is too short so we enjoy our dogs and just wish to be left alone to do so. We never
run down or insult another breeder (even those that we had dealings with through the Humane society). If
a breeder has to slander and insult another breeder to get a sale then what does that tell you about their
animals.
Talk to and visit breeders and you make up your mind as to whom you wish to get a puppy from. You should
be able to call and talk to that person for the life of the dog and find that person to be pleasant and helpful.
They should care about how their baby is doing and always be available with a helpful tip.
